MONTEREY, CA—I attended the first Organic Produce Summit in 2016 and can remember organizers being pleasantly surprised at the attendance.
For a first-time show, it was hard to predict a crowd that, as I remembered it, strained the fire code’s occupant capacity for the host venue’s conference center.
Fast forward a few years, and it looks like we’ve still got a packed crowd, if attendance at the Opening Reception is any indication.
