Lipman’s Fresh-Cut Vegetables Will Delight Chefs and Foodservice Operators

IMMOKALEE, FL (JULY 25, 2023) – Lipman Family Farms BB #:110471 will be exhibiting during this summer’s International Fresh Produce Association Foodservice Conference, where they will be showcasing their fresh-cut line including diced tomatoes, sliced tomatoes, halved grape tomatoes and pico de gallo, fajita sliced peppers and diced onion.

“We believe in simplifying operations for our valued partners, and our fresh-cut produce offers the perfect solution,” explains Darren Micelle, President, Lipman Family Farms. “With rising labor costs and stringent food safety standards, restaurant operators can rely on Lipman to provide safe, fresh-cut products that consistently deliver a superior consumer experience.”

Lipman’s fresh-cut line was meticulously developed to optimize foodservice partners’ efficiency. This innovative fresh-cut line minimizes the need for additional handling, ensuring rigorous quality control and more ready-to-use product per pound. The fresh-cut line delivers guaranteed 100% usable product, eliminating food waste.

The supplier will also continue its 75th year celebrations with customers with a champagne toast at the booth.

“We look forward to celebrating such a milestone with industry friends as we continue to recognize the longstanding partnerships across our industry,” said Micelle. “It is our talented foodservice partners who elevate our products to new culinary heights, and we’re excited to celebrate with them in Monterey.”
