DeGiglio, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Village Farms International, Inc., on December 23, 24 and 29, 2020 sold 520,000 common shares of Village Farms through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange at an average price of $14.81 per Common Share for an aggregate disposition price of $7,699,532.
