Ocean Mist Farms, the leading grower and marketer of fresh artichokes in North America, mourns the passing of beloved former President and CEO, visionary and industry titan, Ed Boutonnet.

Robert “Bob” Bassetti, 83, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday September 15th.  Bob was a well-known produce industry veteran and longtime owner of B&B Produce located in Hammonton, NJ.

Edwin Jerome Vick, 73, of Wilson (Nash County), died Wednesday, July 26, 2023. He was born September 13, 1949 in Wilson.

Pam Dasher was the co-owner of G&R Farms with her brother-in-law Robert Dasher, a role she has held since 2003. She died July 24 at age 79.

Yvonne Morales of Little Bear Produce passed away on June 20, at McAllen Medical Center after a brief illness.

It is with great sadness that the family of Matt Steve Pandol, Jr. announces his unexpected passing at his home in Delano, CA on April 21, 2023. Matt was only 60 years old. His family is deeply saddened by his sudden death.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of one of our dear friends and founders, Farrell Cole "Dutch" Gay at the age of 89. Before retiring in 1997, Dutch served as President and Chairman of the Tom Lange Family of Companies and was instrumental in building the company into what it is today.
