The brand taps CPG leaders Peter Flesvig as vice president of retail sales and Renee Boardway as global procurement manager
Pleasant Prairie, Wis. – Good Foods, a leader in better-for-you dips and guacamole, has hired a cohort of six CPG industry veterans to catapult the brand into its next phase of growth.
New customer development team leaders include Peter Flesvig, vice president of retail sales, and Renee Boardway, global procurement manager.
In his role at the helm of the retail sales team, Flesvig spearheads Good Foods’ continued expansion across North America, leading the strategy and execution of conventional, natural and mass retail partnerships. Prior to joining the Good Foods team, Flesvig held sales leadership roles at BetterBrand and PepsiCo and has developed a robust and diverse skillset in marketing, communications, client service and operations during his 25-year career.
Boardway leads and manages the Good Foods procurement team and will work closely with the Good Foods team based in Mexico to find synergies and develop global strategies to streamline procurement and other business operations. Previously, she served as the director of purchasing at Woodland Foods, where she spent more than seven years developing strategy, conducting risk assessments, managing supplier performance and inventory, and driving cost savings.
Following impressive double-digit company growth and a strong innovation pipeline in 2022, Good Foods has hired four additional roles under Good Foods Senior Vice President of Customer Development Sales Matthew Newman to continue the positive momentum and achieve even greater success in 2023 and beyond, including:
- Jen Scheele, Regional Sales Manager
